SE Field and Game – Burrungule Park

  • Just 20Km West of Mount Gamiber , SA
  • The Club was formed in December 1969, and the first simulated F&G shoot was held at The Bluff in 1970, (which was also the first Field shoot in South Australia).
  • The club spent three to four years at the Cafpirco Road Quarry in the 1970’s, from where the clubhouse was then moved to current site at Burrungule Park in 1980. 
  • The club has had involvement with Duck, Quail & Snipe seasons for over 40 years, including hunting at Bool Lagoon.
  • Clay Shoots are held at Burrungule Park on the fourth Sunday of each month from April through to December with approximately 120 members.

    South Australian State Titles: 1984, 1987, 1991, 1996, 2000, 2011, 2014

    National Championships: 1988

    16th FITASC World Championships: 1994

    (Won by 23 time World Champion George Digweed & runner up, Olympic Gold medalist Richard Faulds)
